Refund policy

Peg Paste Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

 

We want you to love your Peg Paste products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Requesting a Refund or Exchange

If you’d like to request a refund or exchange, contact us at brush@pegpaste.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want refunded or exchanged

  • A brief explanation of the issue

 

Please do not return any items before contacting us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Include all original packaging

    If the return is approved, we will send you instructions and a return address. Once your item arrives and is inspected, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at brush@pegpaste.com.au with photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Custom or special order items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or hazardous items

If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, email us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your item, the fastest option is to request a return first. Once it is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Processing Times

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear

  • Please allow additional time for your bank to finalise the transaction

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, email us at brush@pegpaste.com.au

 

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
