A Taste Of What's To Come
As an insight-led brand, Peg Paste values and utilises feedback from their customers and wider community to develop products based on their needs and what they actually want.
The people spoke and we listened, learning that about 30% of our customers loved the texture, packaging and functionality of Peg Paste Natural Mint Toothpaste, but preferred a stronger more intense mint flavour profile.
New Flavour Development
Based on this data, we developed an Intense Mint that packs a refreshing, minty punch and exciting Sacred Clove flavour containing organic Miswak/Siwak powder. Both new products are also infused with hydroxyapatite to remineralise teeth and prevent against tooth decay.
To make sure we nailed the flavours, we held a unique taste testing event at NOUR Restaurant in Surry Hills, Sydney. Guests were served a delicious meal and offered a variety of palate-cleansing samples of new Peg Paste flavours between each course. This was a unique and effective way to collect genuine data in real time.
Guests provided written anonymous feedback and rated their favourite flavour variations, where findings revealed, a specific variation of each new flavour was the clear preference amongst the majority of guests.
New flavours are planned to launch in early 2024.
